The Aladdin Connect app will be updated starting January 23rd, 2024. |
The app update will require you to log back in. Please enable biometrics/ Face ID/ Touch ID if available or be sure to remember your username and password before the update.
Biometrics/Face ID/Touch ID option is available only during the login. You have to logout and log back in to see that option.
You can request a password reset by first logging out and using "Forgot Password" option. |
If there are multiple users for the same garage door opener, when one user updates, all other users will be required to update their app as well. |
