The Aladdin Connect app will be updated starting January 23rd, 2024.

The app update will require you to log back in. Please enable biometrics/ Face ID/ Touch ID if available or be sure to remember your username and password before the update.

Biometrics/Face ID/Touch ID option is available only during the login. You have to logout and log back in to see that option.

You can request a password reset by first logging out and using "Forgot Password" option.

If there are multiple users for the same garage door opener, when one user updates, all other users will be required to update their app as well.
